1)Swim with the Dolphins at the Miami Seaquarium. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance. Necessary forms need to be completed at the concierge desk to request availability.
2)Reservations with the Super Shuttle Transportation for the Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airport need to be made 24 hours in advance.
3)For guests that would like to go to the Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall but do not have a car, the concierge can make arrangements with the Sawgrass Express Shuttle that offers trips at 9:45am or 12:45pm Monday through Saturday cost $30 per person. Departure from the Mall at 6pm.
4)If you do not have a car arrangements for Attraction Tours as the Everglades, Miami Seaquarium, Jungle Island, Key West or Orlando can be made through the concierge desk 24 hours in advance.
5)Please contact the concierge desk if you are interested in any event tickets ( ie basketball games, theatre tickets, concerts)
6)If you are planning to go to any of the local popular night venues please contact the concierge desk we may add your name to their VIP list (not applicable on weekends)
7)For any babysitting needs please contact the concierge desk at least 8 hours in advance.
