If within 24 hours you find a lower rate on a publicly available website for the same room type, offer type, and reservation dates, we will match the rate. Not applicable for negotiated rates including, but not limited to, wholesaler and group rates.

Our check-in time begins at 4:00pm. If your room is not ready at 4:00pm, we welcome you to store your bags with us and enjoy our amenities after you have completed your check-in process at the front desk.

Our check-out time is 11:00am. We respectfully ask that you plan a prompt departure as we will not have the flexibility of late check out at this time. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause, but we are required to adhere to strict county and state mandates for social distancing and to allow our team time to properly clean and prepare the property for our incoming guests.

Early arrivals and late check-outs are based on availability, additional fees apply

The minimum age to check-in is 21 years old.


  • All bookings require a one night or more deposit at the time of booking.
  • Advance payment is only required for special dates or for specific offers. This information will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Credit cards used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in; if the credit card used for deposit at the time of booking is not available, the amount for the entire stay (including deposit) will be placed onto the new card. The ID of the credit card holder will be verified at the time of check-in.
  • At time of check-in a deposit of $150 (credit card) or $200 (cash) per night are due for incidentals.

Rates are for single and double occupancy unless otherwise noted for a particular promotion or package. Additional person rates apply. Pool and Beach are accessible by wristband and are for registered guests only. For additional Room Occupancy details, please contact Reservations Department.

The hotel requires that all guests staying in the hotel room to be registered by name to be granted access of the exclusive use of our Pool & Beach Facilities as our guest.

Cribs are upon request and based on availability, please reserve in advance. Rollaway beds are $50 per night. For additional details, please contact Reservations Department.

Parking on property is available through our Valet. The cost for overnight Valet is $40+tax per car and daily Valet is $20+tax per car. Please note: garage can accommodate no larger than an SUV-sized vehicle. Trucks not permitted due to limited space. The resort does not offer self-parking.

Room tax 13% per room, per night. For restaurant, pool, and beach service, food and beverage are subject to an 18% service charge and 9% sales tax. For In-Room Dining, 9% sales tax, 20% Service Charge, and a $3 Delivery Charge will be added to your bill.

The daily Resort Fee of $45 +tax for All Rooms & Suites:

To have the in room mini bar removed from your guest room, a $50 one-time removal fee will be charged.


Guests must be 18 years or older to enter and use the spa and fitness center facilities—including showers, steam room, and exercise equipment.

Access to locker rooms, showers, and the sauna is available to spa guests before or after a facial or body treatment.

Use of the spa locker rooms, sauna, and steam rooms are complimentary with the purchase of a treatment. For guests without a spa treatment, use of the facilities is an additional cost.

Kids Stay Free in same room with parents and with existing bedding.

We are dog-friendly! There is a $25 daily pet fee + tax. Dog amenities available upon request only (beds and food/water bowls), waste bags, a city guide to walking paths are available at the front desk. Two dogs are allowed per guest room and each dog guest must weigh 40 pounds or less. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Dogs may not be left in a guest room unattended unless the dog is securely inside a kennel. Dogs are not permitted in any public/common areas of the hotel (lobby, food and beverage outlets, pool area, beach area, arcade, fitness center, or spa). We do allow dogs on the terrace for Sunday brunch. They must be leashed.

Trump International Beach Resort is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking in outside designated areas only. A $300 recovery fee will be charged for smoking in a non-designated area, including your room or balcony.

  • Cancellations must abide by our cancellation policies specific to the offer booked. Each reservation is subject to specific restrictions, and cancellation charges may apply. For certain rates and rooms, changes to your reservation are not permitted once booked. This information will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted in a particular promotion, any guests that need to cancel their stay should do so 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancellations occur less than 72 hours prior to arrival, a one-night room and tax deposit will be charged.
  • All bookings require a one night or more deposit at the time of booking.
  • Reservations not canceled are considered a NO SHOW and one-night room and tax will be charged.


You have a confirmed departure date. Should you depart earlier, a charge of one-night room and tax will apply to the account. 

The pool and beach facilities at Trump International Beach Resort are for the exclusive use of our registered guests, no outside visitors will be permitted unless they have purchased a day pass through an approved partner vendor. Our team is happy to provide pool and beach service to your chair or cabana. Outside food and beverages/coolers are prohibited on our beach and pool decks. The pool and beach are open at 8:00am. No children under the age of 12 years old may use the Jacuzzi Spa. 

Package Policy: A handling fee of $5.00 flat for each package up to 10 packages will be applied; a handling fee of $15.00 flat will be applied to each package for the next 11-20 packages and a handling fee of $25.00 flat will be applied to each package for the next 21-30 packages. All packages should be addressed to a REGISTERED guest's name ONLY. Packages cannot be more than 2.25 cubic feet in volume (approximately 18 inches x 18 inches x 12 inches). Any deliveries received after a guest's stay or not claimed during stay will be discarded/donated after 30 days of receipt. The property cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Packages available for pickup between 8:00am-6:00pm only.
