Q. Do You Offer Early Check-In And/Or Late Check-Out?

A. At this time we are not offering early check-in or late checkout. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause, but we are required to adhere to strict county and state mandates for social distancing and to allow our team time to properly clean and prepare the property for our incoming guests.

Our check-in time begins at 2:00pm. If your room is not ready at 2:00pm, we welcome you to store your bags with us and enjoy our amenities after you have completed your check in process at the front desk. If you arrive prior to 2:00pm, you are welcome to relax in our lobby or our concierge can suggest some local area activities.

Our check out time is noon, 12:00pm. We respectfully ask that you plan a prompt departure as we will not have the flexibility of late check out at this time.

Q. Does Your Resort Offer Transportation To And From The Airport?

A. While we are close to both the Miami International Airport and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International airports, we do not offer airport shuttles. Download our Go Hotel Life app for quick driving directions or to order car service or ride-share service from the airport or other local attractions.

Q. Does Your Resort Offer Day Access to the Pool and/or Beach?

A. We offer day passes based on availability and our guest services team will be happy to assist you in purchasing a day pass through our partner ResortPass.com.  Our resort amenities are for our registered guests and if you have visitors during your stay we do ask that they purchase a day pass to enjoy our pool and beach services with you.

Q. What Is Your Pet Policy?

A. We are pet friendly! There is a $25 daily pet fee + tax. Each pup will enjoy a welcome gift in their room along with some key amenities (available upon request only) – waste bags, a city guide to walking paths, a dog bed, and a food mat. Two dogs are allowed per guest room and each dog guest must weigh 40 pounds or less. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Dogs may not be left in a guest room unattended unless the dog is securely inside a kennel. Dogs are not permitted in any public/common areas of the hotel (lobby, food and beverage outlets, pool area, beach area, arcade, fitness center or spa).

Q. What is the Smoking Policy?

A. Trump International Beach Resort is 100% non-smoking.

In order to support a smoke-free Florida, we are proudly a 100% smoke-free resort including our guestrooms, balconies, public areas, pools, and beach.

Q. What is the Package Policy?

A. A handling fee of $5.00 flat for each package up to 10 packages will be applied; a handling fee of $15.00 flat will be applied to each package for the next 11-20 packages and a handling fee of $25.00 flat will be applied to each package for the next 21-30 packages. All packages should be addressed to a REGISTERED guest's name ONLY. We will not accept more than 30 packages per registered guest room and not sooner than 10 days prior to the guest's check-in date at the resort. The size of the package cannot be more than 2.25 cubic feet in volume (which equates to a box measuring approximately 18 inches x 18 inches x 12 inches). Packages may be picked up from 8am to 6pm only.
