Q. Is there a minimum age requirement for Check-In?

A. Yes, the minimum age restriction for check-ins is 21 years old.


Q. Does Your Resort Offer Airport Shuttle or Other Transportation To And From The Airport?

A. While we are close to both the Miami International Airport and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International airports, we do not offer airport shuttles. Our Concierge team can offer local options for car services or ride-share services from the airport, cruise port or other local attractions.


Q. What Is Your Pet Policy?

A. We are dog-friendly! There is a $25 daily pet fee + tax. Two dogs are allowed per guest room and each dog guest must weigh 40 pounds or less. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Dogs may not be left in a guest room unattended unless the dog is securely inside a kennel. Dogs are not permitted in any public/common areas of the hotel (lobby, food and beverage outlets, pool area, beach area, arcade, fitness center or spa).


Q. Is Your Resort Accessible For People With Disabilities?

A. Here at Trump International Beach Resort, we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Our ADA-compliant rooms are well-equipped to handle your needs. For information on accessibility, please visit our Accessibility Statement.


Q. Does Your Resort Offer Breakfast?

A.  Breakfast is served in our resort restaurant or via In Room Dining. Some of our rooms packages include breakfast, or you may purchase in advance by contacting the resort team before your check in date reservations@trumpmiami.com. You may also choose to walk into the dining room for breakfast service without purchasing in advance.

Q. Can I Use Cash to Pay for Meals at the Dining Outlets Within the Resort?

A. No, our dining outlets operate as cashless vendors. You have the option to charge dining expenses to your room or use a credit card for payment.

Q: Do you have watersports at your resort?

A. We are one of the only resorts in our area to offer on-site watersports. Our watersports partner is set up on the south side of the beach, just past Gili’s Beach Club. Rentals are first come, first served and they offer a selection of motorized and non-motorized equipment.

Q: Is there a children’s pool?

A. We do not have a designated children's pool, however our upper pool includes a zero-entry area with a gentle slope where children often play. With two pools, there is ample space for guests of all ages to enjoy the water.

Q. Are there a children’s activities or a kids club program?

A. Many of the activities from our Recreations Team are family friendly and kid-focused, however we do not offer a specific children’s club.

Q. Is Babysitting available?

A. Babysitting services are available in the local area and our Concierge can provide a list of options upon request.

Q. Can I bring a cooler to the beach and pool area? Can I use food delivery services?

A. Coolers and all outside food and beverage are prohibited from our pool deck, our beach and our lobby. Food delivery services may be picked up in the lobby and guests may take the food to their guest rooms. We kindly ask guests to refrain from eating in our lobby.

Q. Do you have international plugs or adapters for charging electronics?

A. Guests may purchase international plugs or adapters in our Cabana Shop, located in the lobby level.

Q. Do You Offer Early Check-In And/Or Late Check-Out?

A. Our check-in time begins at 4:00pm. If your room is not ready at 4:00pm, we welcome you to store your bags with us and enjoy our amenities after you have completed your check-in process at the front desk. If you arrive prior to 4:00pm, you are welcome to relax in our lobby or our concierge can suggest some local area activities.

Our check-out time is 11:00am. We respectfully ask that you plan a prompt departure as we will not have the flexibility of late check out at this time. 

Early arrivals and late check-outs are based on availability, additional fees apply. Please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival to book a connecting room. Additional costs may apply. Reservations@trumpmiami.com 


Q: Can I still use the pool and beach for the day once I check out?

A. Yes, we welcome our guests to continue enjoying the pool and beach until their departure time, even after they have checked out of their guest room for the day. Guests may store their luggage with the bell staff and come back to enjoy our pool and beach area for the remainder of the day.

Q. Does Your Resort Offer Day Access to the Pool and/or Beach?

A. We offer day passes based on availability and our guest services team will be happy to assist you in purchasing a day pass. Our resort amenities are for our registered guests and if you have visitors during your stay we do ask that they purchase a day pass to enjoy our pool and beach services with you. Cabana and/or day bed rentals are available as well. Cabanas include AC, television, sofa, table and refrigerators. Cabanas on the Lower Pool Deck include full bathrooms. Our Pool & Beach Team will be happy to reserve one for you—or you can reserve in advance by calling 305-692-5666. Daily rates apply.


Q. Is Turndown available? 

A. Yes, Turndown service is available by advance request only. For questions regarding turndown service prior to arrival, please contact Reservations@trumpmiami.com

Q. What is the Smoking Policy?

A. Trump International Beach Resort is a smoke-free hotel, including our guestrooms, balconies, public areas, pools, and most of our beach. We allow smoking in outside designated areas only. A $300 recovery fee will be charged for smoking in a non-designated area, including your room or balcony.

Q. What is the Package Policy?

A. A handling fee of $5.00 flat for each package up to 10 packages will be applied; a handling fee of $15.00 flat will be applied to each package for the next 11-20 packages and a handling fee of $25.00 flat will be applied to each package for the next 21-30 packages. All packages should be addressed to a REGISTERED guest's name ONLY. Packages cannot be more than 2.25 cubic feet in volume (approximately 18 inches x 18 inches x 12 inches). Any deliveries received after a guest's stay or not claimed during stay will be discarded/donated after 30 days of receipt. The property cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Packages available for pickup between 8:00am-6:00pm only. Please note the resort cannot accept and store food products from delivery services, catering companies, or grocery delivery services on behalf of guests.

Q. Is Valet Parking Available?

A. Parking on property is available through our Valet. The cost for overnight Valet is $50 (tax inclusive) per car and daily Valet is $25 (tax inclusive) per car. Visitors daily valet parking is $25 (tax inclusive) per car. Please note: we have limited space for oversized vehicles in our valet garage and the maximum height for all vehicles at 6 feet and 4 inches. The resort does not offer self-parking. 


Q: Is there self-parking in your area?

A. We recommend parking on-site at the resort and we offer Valet service at our resort for day use and overnight guests. There are several public metered parking lots in the City of Sunny Isles, and these lots are located several blocks north or south of the resort. Street parking requires a residential permit from the City.

Q: Do you have an electric car charging station?

A. No, the resort does not have charging station for electric vehicles, however a list of charging stations in City of Sunny Isles Beach is available here:  https://www.sibfl.gov/Resident-Services/Transportation/EV-Charging-Stations

Q. What is included in the Resort Fee?

A. The Daily Resort Fee is $45 + tax and includes:

  • Complimentary in-room coffee
  • Two bottles of water
  • Wired and wireless internet in guest rooms and throughout the property, for up to eight devices
  • Access to 24-hour fitness center
  • One beach lounger and umbrella per registered guest
  • Google Chromecast for in-room TV
  • Local phone calls (up to 20 minutes per day)
  • Resort-wide activities and entertainment (varies by day)
  • Reduced fee for Sports Clinics
  • NOTE: The use of the Spa locker rooms, sauna and steam rooms are complimentary with the purchase of a treatment

Q. What local activities are available?

A. Our Concierge team can make excellent recommendations for local attractions, dining and shopping. Stop by the Concierge desk for recommendations for live music, things to do in South Beach, places to go in Little Havana and other hidden South Florida gems.
