Meet Chef Kurtis Jantz

The son of an American Army officer, Executive Chef Kurtis Jantz was born on the small island of Nago, Okinawa Japan. With an open mind to food, culture and new experiences, he graduated from culinary school in Johnson County, KS and accepted positions in the Netherlands Antilles, Europe and New Orleans before being named Executive Chef of Trump International Beach Resort in 2003. In addition to his role as Executive Chef, he assumed the role of Food and Beverage Director in 2010.
